Shipping Policy

We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.

Delivery Timeline: 

• While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Charges:

• Pan India: We provide free shipping across India. 

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

Cancellation Policy

Kurtimart reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
